LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, and digital transformation
  • Execute highly personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns — connection requests, follow-ups, conversation nurturing
  • Generate qualified leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Conduct account-based targeting (ABM) for high-value prospects
  • Continuously optimize messaging based on response rates and data
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track all activities accurately

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or social selling
  • Demonstrated success targeting international markets (US preferred)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools
  • Ability to write high-converting, personalized messages — not generic templates
  • Experience in software, AI, or cybersecurity is a strong plus
  • Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
