Google Ads & PPC Specialist

Core Edge Solution is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads & PPC Specialist with proven experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns. The selected candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads platforms, focusing on maximizing ROI, improving conversion rates, and generating high-quality leads. This role demands strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach to testing and performance improvement.

Location: Gulberg III, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Important: Strong spoken and written English is required as you will communicate directly with our US-based leadership.

What You'll Work On

• Launching and scaling paid campaigns across Google platforms
• Identifying high-intent keywords and audience segments
• Improving campaign performance through testing and optimization
• Monitoring metrics such as cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and ROI
• Setting up and validating conversion tracking
• Experimenting with ad creatives and landing page variations
• Preparing campaign reports and performance insights
• Collaborating with the creative team to improve ad results
