Senior SEO Expert (UK Market)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Senior SEO Expert to manage and scale organic growth for our UK-based airport parking business.

This is a full-time onsite role in Lahore (near Bahria Town).

We are looking for someone who understands commercial intent SEO, not just traffic — someone who can drive bookings, leads, and revenue through organic search.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategy focused on bookings & lead generation
• Perform in-depth keyword research (UK market) with high buying intent
• Optimize website for commercial keywords (airport parking, long stay parking, etc.)
• Plan and execute on-page SEO (meta tags, content, internal linking, schema)
• Handle technical SEO:
• – Site speed optimization– Indexing & crawl issues– Core Web Vitals– XML sitemaps & robots.txt
• Build and manage high-quality backlinks (white-hat strategies)
• Optimize and scale location-based SEO pages (airport-specific landing pages)
• Work closely on content strategy (blogs, landing pages, FAQs)
• Track performance via:
• – Google Search Console– GA4
• Identify and fix ranking drops & technical issues
• Collaborate with dev & marketing team for SEO improvements
• Continuously optimize for conversion rate (CRO) from organic traffic

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO
• Proven experience in UK or Tier-1 markets (UK, USA, etc.)
• Strong understanding of search intent & buyer journey
• Hands-on experience with:
• – Technical SEO– On-page & off-page SEO– Keyword clustering & topical authority
• Experience working on lead generation or booking-based websites
• Ability to rank pages for competitive keywords
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Tools & Platforms:

• Google Search Console
• GA4 (Google Analytics)
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / similar tools
• Screaming Frog or other audit tools

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in travel, airport services, or booking platforms
• Understanding of UK search behavior
• Experience with local SEO & location pages
• Basic knowledge of HTML, schema markup

KPIs / Success Metrics:

• Organic bookings / leads
• Keyword rankings (commercial keywords)
• Organic traffic quality (not just volume)
• Conversion rate from organic traffic
• Growth in high-intent keywords
