We’re now looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist | B2B Growth Strategist who thrives on connection, communication, and conversion — someone ready to help us expand our reach and accelerate growth through meaningful client relationships, which are at the heart of our mission.

Your Mission

As part of our business development team, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through strategic LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting. You’ll craft personalized messages, manage prospect pipelines, and drive qualified leads that align with HiQain’s vision and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns across key industries.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and nurture high-value prospects.
  • Write and send personalized outreach messages, follow-ups, and cold emails to decision-makers.
  • Explore additional platforms — Apollo, Bark, Guru, Upwork, and Google — to expand the lead pipeline.
  • Qualify leads, build relationships, and schedule meetings for the business development team.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools, tracking communication and conversion progress.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles (company and personal) for reach, engagement, and credibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaigns and content.
  • Monitor key metrics — connection, response, and conversion rates — and refine approaches.
  • Stay ahead of LinkedIn trends, outreach best practices, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required).
  • Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proven success in generating leads for digital agencies or IT services.
  • Familiarity with outreach and prospecting tools (Apollo, Bark, Guru, Upwork – a plus).
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
