Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our LinkedIn presence from content creation and profile optimization to managing paid campaigns, engagement, and analytics.

This role requires someone creative, analytical, and proactive who understands how to attract potential clients, start meaningful conversations, and help convert leads into active projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Profile Optimization & Branding

  • Audit and optimize company and team profiles to build a professional and trustworthy image.
  • Ensure all visuals, descriptions, and highlights reflect brand credibility.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and presentation across all LinkedIn assets.

2. Content Creation & Engagement

  • Plan and publish high-quality content: posts, carousels, articles, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with designers for branded visuals and creatives.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule (3–5 posts per week).
  • Actively engage with target audience comment on posts, reply to messages, and build relationships organically.

3. Lead Generation & Client Interaction

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Initiate personalized conversations through text messages on LinkedIn.
  • Engage with clients via comments, replies, and connection requests.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients once contact is established.

4. Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan and run LinkedIn Ads campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Message Ads).
  • Set campaign goals, manage budgets, and optimize for conversions.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting for performance improvement.
  • Track conversions using LinkedIn Insight Tag and analytics tools.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Measure performance: engagement, impressions, CTR, leads, CPL, and conversions.
  • Maintain an organized CRM or tracker for outreach and campaign results.
  • Provide monthly insights with actionable suggestions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing LinkedIn profiles, content, and Ads.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, content types, and growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Sales Navigator Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets etc).
  • Self-driven and capable of delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
