Job Title: LinkedIn Outreach – Business Development
Location: On-site ( Green Acres Housing Society)
Timing: 5pm-2am
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Marketer / LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing and outbound strategies to help grow our client base and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads and target audiences
Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Develop and manage cold email campaigns using automation tools
Track performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for outbound lead generation
Required Skills:
Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing
Familiarity with tools
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Experience with CRM platforms
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing
