*Job Description:*
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist with 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in identifying, targeting, and engaging decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support sales and business growth initiatives.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify high-quality B2B leads
Build targeted prospect lists (IT & SaaS decision-makers)
Build targeted lead lists based on industry, company size, job titles, and geography.
Conduct advanced searches and apply filters for accurate prospecting.
Manage and organize leads using tags, notes, and saved searches.
Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach and connection strategies.
Support sales teams with consistent and relevant lead data.
Track prospect engagement and update lead status regularly.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with LinkedIn best practices.
Generate reports on lead generation performance and outreach results.
*Requirements:*
1–1.5 years of proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and IT/SaaS sales funnels.
Experience with LinkedIn messaging, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Good communication, research, and time-management skills.
