Required Listing Coordinator - Salary + Commission

Experience at least 2 years experience in the Real Estate field & Abu Dhabi Market

Job Description

- Maintain and update listings of available properties on a weekly basis.

- Preparing documents ( Offer Letters, Contracts, MOU, Authorization letters, etc.)

- Established relationships with buyers and sellers from engagement to closing.

- Acquiring exclusive property from owners

- Coordinating the marketing campaign for each listing, including working with agents to stage the property and take photos of it to advertise online

- Negotiating with sellers to resolve any issues that may arise during the listing process

- Keeping records of all listing activities, such as when a property was first listed or when it was sold

- Working with other members of the real estate team, such as appraisers or agents, to ensure that the transaction goes smoothly

- Preparing reports detailing a property’s performance over time, including number of showings, offers made, and price changes

- Made weekly calls to sellers to keep them updated on their properties.

- Listed items must also include the correct information and photos to assure customer satisfaction and positive feedback.

- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
