Listing Coordinator

Job description:

The Listing Coordinator is responsible for uploading, managing, and maintaining accurate property listings across online real estate portals. The role ensures full compliance with portal guidelines, Madhmoun requirements, and company standards while supporting the sales team with timely and professional listing management.

Key Responsibilities:

Portal & Listing Management

  • Upload and manage property listings on: Property Finder, Bayut
  • Edit, update, and remove listings as required.
  • Ensure all listings comply with portal rules and company standards.
  • Monitor listing status and handle rejections promptly

Permit Handling

  • Process and manage Madhmoun permits through: DARI & ADGM
  • Track permit expiry dates.
  • Ensure all listings have valid approvals before publishing.
  • Coordinate with agents to collect required documents.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Collect and verify: Title deed, Owner’s ID
  • Signed listing agreement (Form A)
  • Ensure no duplicate or unauthorized listings are published.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all properties.

Listing Quality Control

  • Write clear and professional property descriptions.
  • Ensure accurate pricing and property details.
  • Upload high-quality photos and correct property information.
  • Maintain strong listing quality score on portals.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with sales agents to ensure listings are accurate.
  • Respond quickly to listing update requests.
  • Provide weekly updates on listing status if required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in UAE real estate listing.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Finder & Bayut systems.
  • Familiar with Madhmoun procedures.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple listings.
  • Good English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
