- We are an IT services and solutions provider based in Abu Dhabi, serving business clients across UAE. We deliver Managed IT Services (AMC), Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, networking, backup solutions, compliance and IT projects.
- Our back office will focus on all our sales, customer service, operations & remote IT support.
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage inquiries, quotations, renewals, purchases, invoices and follow-ups to support revenue growth and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Role Overview:
This role requires strong follow-up discipline, organized pipeline tracking, and professional communication with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & replying to sales emails & inquiries.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
- Schedule & Coordinate meetings of potential clients with the manager.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, procurement, and deliveries.
- Preparing Quotations & costing.
- Following up with clients to close quotes successfully.
- Increase Company client base with quality customers.
- Entering, updating & maintaining clear & correct data into CRM.
- To retain existing customers and upsell services to achieve customer retention.
- Assisting in achieving and exceeding company total monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Coordinator.
- Excellent phone & email communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
- Good Command over the English Language is a must.
- Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Good organizational skills.
- Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge in less time.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
