Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Administrator - Listing - Arabic Speaker will be responsible for managing property listings, handling customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing property budgets and coordinating with real estate agents to ensure that all listings are accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Property Management and Real Estate skills of minimum 2 years of the UAE experience is MUST.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
