Property Shop Investment is hiring an experienced Listing Lead Owner to manage and control our property listings portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all property listings (sales & leasing)
• Generate and verify new listings from owners and agents
• Ensure listing accuracy, compliance, and documentation
• Control duplication and maintain listing quality
• Upload and manage listings on CRM and property portals
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for maximum exposure
• Monitor listing performance and maintain updated inventory

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Listing Lead Owner or Listings Specialist in real estate
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market
• Experience with CRM systems and property portals
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage high listing volumes
