Responsibilities

• Shadowing/Training- You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry leading practices under an expert agent.
• Communication- Learn and execute proven relationship building skills allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments. Manage expectations like a pro with proven strategies for ongoing client engagement strategies.
• Marketing- Learn to navigate cutting edge design software to masterfully compile data and world class presentations for Lead Agent's Listing presentation
• Lead Generation You'll take the opportunity to execute our PLACE lead generation systems weekly which will elevate your lead generation skillset
• Build and Manage- You'll grow your sales pipeline within our Database and Lead Generation Activities using cutting edge technology powered by our team and PLACE.
• Project Manage- Utilize our already establish timeline and system to faciliate staging, pricing and marketing homes.
• Negotiation- Leverage industry leading scripts and techniques to negotiate offers on behalf of your clients that exceed their goals and make them want to come back to you for future transactions.
• Done For You- take advantage of our support team to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a listing manager so that you can focus on driving profit to your bottom line.

Qualifications

You are a detail-oriented operations-based professional who has a knack for marketing. You are excited about using technology in your day-to-day job functions but also LOVE interacting and serving people. Your organization is second to none, and you can execute while having fun with a thriving team.

• HI Real Estate license Needed (not to apply)
• Strong sense of service first and finding resolutions under pressure

• Must be willing to work on weekends and evenings as needed to support the team.
