Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Listing Specialist to join our team. As a Listing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting clients with listing their properties on the market. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that listings are well-prepared, attract potential buyers, and are in line with current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and negotiation and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of property market trends and local regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining property listings.
• Familier of the listing plat forms as property finder, etc.
• Coordinate with real estate agents and clients for property viewings and documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and pricing strategies.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Arranges viewings for potential tenants and buyers through proper coordination with the owners/landlords or their representatives.

Requirements:

• More than 1 years of experience in real estate, specifically in property listings or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
• Proficiency in listing platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
