Zwicker is presently seeking a Litigation Assistant Lead to join our team. The Litigation Assistant Lead is a senior-level legal support professional who oversees and coordinates the work of litigation assistants within the Firm.

The selected candidate will receive an additional $2.00 per hour to their current rate of pay.

Responsibilities include

  • Data entry; recording information into system of record
  • Adhering to company work flows to complete centralized processes
  • Issue identification and correction
  • Assisting with creation and maintenance of SOPs
  • Training
  • Effective escalation of feedback
  • Inventory management
  • Delegation of work to the team
  • Support managers, branch attorneys, and clients
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar, high volume environment or expert skill set as member of existing team
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Previous supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills including experience in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
  • Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
  • Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
  • Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence

Physical Qualifications

  • Be able to lift five pounds or greater
  • Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
  • Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
  • Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
