Responsibilities

• Taking and Defending Depositions
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests with precision and clarity
• Develop case strategies through thorough analysis of facts, applicable laws, and regulations across diverse practice areas
• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements or resolutions when appropriate
• Coordinate with clients to gather pertinent information and provide clear updates on case progress
• Collaborate with internal teams on legal administrative tasks such as maintaining case files and tracking deadlines
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, or hearings as needed

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
• Experience in personal injury law is preferred
