Job Description:

A litigation and trial practice specializing in defense and plaintiff tort matters seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney. The role is based in the Philadelphia suburbs (Wayne, PA) with additional offices in MD and NJ; occasional air travel may be required.

Requirements:

• Licensed in PA and NJ with litigation experience in New Jersey
• Experience in civil discovery; pretrial/trial experience a plus
• Ability to manage a substantial New Jersey caseload and assist with national defense matters
• Opportunity to handle plaintiff cases within the firm’s hybrid PA practice
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
