Burg Simpson is seeking a Litigation Associate for an exciting opportunity to be part of its Personal Injury team.
Attorneys with 5 years of progressive civil litigation experience (motions briefing, taking, and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial or arbitration experience) in the areas of medical malpractice or personal injury litigation are encouraged to apply. The position will work closely with clients and will collaborate with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies to complex legal and medical issues. An active license to practice law in the state of Colorado is required.
STARTING SALARY: $120,000, commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience.
