Litigation Attorney

A nationally recognized full-service law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its Mass Tort Practice Group in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment handling complex litigation matters for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners and associates on all phases of mass tort litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents.
• Manage discovery, including document review and depositions.
• Interact directly with clients and co-counsel.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New York; New Jersey admission is a plus.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience (mass tort, products liability, or complex litigation preferred).
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and client-focused practice.
