Litigation Attorney

Position: Litigation Attorney (Coverage & Bad Faith)
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel and support on insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive coverage opinions.
  • Take Examinations Under Oath (EUOs).
  • Draft and litigate declaratory judgment actions.
  • Communicate with clients, insureds, and opposing counsel.
  • Draft and respond to discovery in coverage and bad faith cases.
  • Assist in trial and deposition preparation.
  • Handle pre-suit liability matters, including review of medical and billing records and settlement negotiations.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.

Qualifications:

  • Bar Admission: Active in Florida (required); Georgia admission a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in coverage and bad faith litigation (more experienced candidates considered at a higher salary range).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must meet firm billing goal expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
