Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional attorney with 7-12 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the law, highly organized, have a growth mindset, and be devoted to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.
• Managing a diverse litigation caseload from inception to resolution, including conducting depositions and trials.
• Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies.
• Engaging in comprehensive legal research, and preparing pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Mentoring junior attorneys and otherwise contribute to the firm’s growth and learning culture.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado bar membership in good standing.
• 7-12 years of litigation experience, preferably with big firm or DAs office, and trial experience.
• Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Growth and service-oriented mindset.

Base Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
