Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a new team member to grow my client's litigation practice in Charleston, South Carolina.

We are looking for applicants who are ready to take and defend depositions, argue motions, and try cases. Candidates must have a license to practice in SC and possess strong writing and analytical skills.

Our firm provides the opportunity for growth in multiple practice areas of complex litigation with a high level of autonomy. Legal experience in the following areas is preferred:

• Litigation and trial experience (in both state and federal courts)
• Experience in construction and surety matters
• Experience defending clients for insurance carriers
• Familiarity with insurance coverage matters and bad faith litigation
