Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team for part-time work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation from inception to resolution. This role requires a strong background in legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related materials.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on civil litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research tools like Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to advocate effectively for clients.
