Litigation Attorney - Associate

100% Remote!

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 1 year experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, banking litigation, debt collections, and/or financial services litigation.

Job Description: Conduct research and writing, respond to discovery, conduct and defend depositions, attend court hearings, conduct mediations, prepare for and attend trials, etc.
