The Role

We’re seeking Litigation Attorneys (Associate through Partner level) to join our Georgia practice. Our work includes sophisticated insurance defense matters involving trucking, premises liability, product liability, and general liability claims.

We’re looking for attorneys who are comfortable handling files, drafting pleadings and motions, participating in depositions, and working directly with clients and carriers. This role offers a strong platform for both developing and experienced litigators who want hands-on case responsibility, meaningful trial exposure, and growth within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle or assist with insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct or support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals
• Participate in case strategy, evaluation, and litigation planning
• Work closely with team members to deliver timely, high-quality representation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia
• Associate candidates: 2+ years of post-bar litigation experience
• Senior / Partner candidates: 10+ years of post-bar litigation experience
• Prior insurance defense experience required
• Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with trucking or transportation matters is a plus
• First-chair trial experience is a plus

Pay: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
