An established firm based in Roseville with over 20 years in practice is seeking a
Municipal Litigation Attorney
with
3+ years of experience
to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with
Municipal Law and Civil Litigation
, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer
Salary range: $130,000-$160,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in California.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with public entities.
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
Familiarity with government tort liability and municipal law.
Responsibilities
Represent public entities in civil litigation matters including tort defense, land use, and constitutional claims.
Advise municipalities on compliance with state and federal laws.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Appear in court and conduct depositions.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategies.
