LITIGATION COORDINATOR

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to

  • Plead, represent and process a plan with external lawyer for NAPCO National in all courts & for all cases/types including (financial, labor, criminal, human rights, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly activity report and share with NAPCO National divisions’ management.
  • Follow up on the implementation of verdicts issued by the courts.
  • Represent NAPCO National at all notaries to submit & follow up any request.
  • Confirm the implementation of all updated/new regulations approved by Legal Affairs .
  • Prepare a formal note including all evidence & documentation to submit it to external lawyer once approved by Legal Affairs .
  • Assist in the creation of internal audit reports in accordance with the annual work program and audit strategic plan.
  • Ensure timely reporting and execution of projects.
  • Review and approve documentation provided by NAPCO National affiliates and visit site to verify and approve account opening.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide support for needed legal research.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of cases, including maintaining the case docket and working with external lawyers to keep up-to-date electronic case files.
  • Provide legal input on the implications of company policies and procedures.
