Job Description

  • Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments.
  • Perform administrative duties including calendaring hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics.
  • Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices for hearings and trials.
  • Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties.
  • Assist with voir dire, jury selection, and witness preparation.
  • Provide support during case settlement discussions and negotiations.
  • Handle and review company legal activities, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, legal documents, and regulatory materials.
  • Identify and address potential legal issues and risks related to company operations, activities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Represent the company before governmental and public bodies regarding obligations, rights, contracts, and legal procedures.
  • Interact with external lawyers and consultants and obtain expert opinions on complex or high-stakes legal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Review complaints and inquiries received by the Legal Department and provide appropriate guidance or responses.
  • Prepare periodic reports outlining achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions to support continuous improvement in the Legal Affairs Department.
  • Monitor and follow up on current contracts to ensure compliance and avoid governmental fines.


Job Requirement

  • Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices etc
  • Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
  • Extensive computer and database expertise
  • Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in law (English Section is preferred)
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years
