Senior Legal Associate (Corporate)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Legal Associate (Corporate Lawyer) at Namaa SPACES located in Cairo, Egypt. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal document preparation, analysis of legal issues, and effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of law LLB preferably LLM
• +4 Years of experience as a (corporate lawyer)
• Draft and prepare all kinds of legal documents and agreements (such as: Lease, Sale & Purchase, Services, Management, Non-Disclosure, Memorandum of Understanding)
• Draft and prepare all work related to general assembly meetings (ordinary / extraordinary) and board of directors’ meetings.
• Conduct internal investigations.
• Provide legal support to other departments.
• Conduct legal research.
