We are currently seeking a full-time Litigation Legal Assistant to join the team in our Chesterfield or Richmond, VA office. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years’ experience working with civil cases in Virginia's General District and Circuit Courts. Personal Injury experience is strongly desired.
As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for personal injury cases that do not reach a desired settlement and are subsequently filed with the court and moved into the civil litigation process.

Positions in this classification occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
