About the Opportunity
A highly respected boutique law firm focused on employment and complex business litigation is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background supporting attorneys in all phases of employment-related disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace investigations. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support throughout all stages of employment cases—from intake through trial or arbitration

• Draft, review, and organize discovery materials, pleadings, and motions

• Manage case files, calendars, and critical deadlines

• Conduct factual and legal research; prepare summaries, timelines, and case analyses

• Assist with deposition preparation, witness binders, and trial exhibits

• Coordinate with clients, experts, and third parties

• Handle state and federal court filings and manage document production

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, with a strong focus on employment law matters

• Thorough knowledge of California and federal employment litigation procedures

• Experience with wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and discrimination or harassment cases is highly preferred

• Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills

• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred

Compensation:

Competitive salary range ($95K – $130K, depending on experience) plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
