Trustpoint.One has partnered with a prominent plaintiff’s law firm in the heart of Philadelphia in their search for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their high-performing litigation team on a direct hire basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with one of the firm’s top trial attorneys on high-stakes medical malpractice, products liability, sexual abuse, toxic tort, civil rights, and other catastrophic injury matters.

The firm offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:

  • Support attorney in all phases of complex, catastrophic litigation
  • Manage cases throughout all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
  • Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed
  • Coordinate and schedule depositions, expert meetings, hearings, and client meetings
  • Perform e-filing in the Philadelphia court system and filings across PA & NJ
  • Handle mass tort–related duties (experience required)
  • Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on all litigation tasks
  • Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court staff
  • Perform high-volume case management with minimal supervision while maintaining strong attention to detail

Requirements for the Litigation Paralegal:

  • 5–10 years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice, personal injury litigation, and mass tort experience
  • Strong understanding of Philadelphia court procedures
  • Ability to manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; BA/BS preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Filevine a plus!

Salary commensurate with experience: $60,000 – $85,000+ plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
