Litigation Paralegal

Role: Labor & Employment Paralegal
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal to join a leading law firm with a strong reputation in wage & hour, class action, and PAGA matters. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely while supporting a team of accomplished employment law attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case management in wage & hour, class action, and PAGA matters.
• Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Coordinate and organize case files, depositions, and trial preparation materials.
• Summarize documents, medical records, and depositions as needed.
• Manage deadlines, calendars, and case timelines efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in labor & employment law (wage & hour, class action, or PAGA focus preferred).
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $85000 – $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
