TempExperts is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-respected law firm in Tampa, FL. This role supports attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, from initial case preparation and discovery to trial and post-trial activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proven litigation experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize discovery materials, documents, and case files throughout all stages of litigation.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
• Assist attorneys with trial and hearing preparation, including exhibit lists, witness coordination, and courtroom logistics.
• Conduct factual and legal research as needed to support case strategy.
• Maintain calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely filings with the court.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide general case management support, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of all materials.
• Attend trials or hearings as required to assist with case presentation and logistics.

Requirements/Education:

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience required.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
• Overtime flexibility as needed is required.
