Duties

• Assist with drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Manage case files and documents efficiently using document management systems
• Perform document review for litigation cases, ensuring all relevant information is organized and accessible for attorneys.
• Support project management initiatives by coordinating deadlines, scheduling interviews with clients and tracking case progress.
• Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, phone etiquette, and organization of meetings or court dates.
• Conduct interviews with clients or witnesses to gather pertinent information for case development.

Experience

• Previous paralegal experience in a busy law office or legal environment is required; familiarity with a broad range of practice areas is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting memos and correspondence; strong proofreading and transcription abilities are necessary.
• Organizational skills that enable effective document management and data entry within a fast-paced legal setting.
• Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Administrative experience supporting attorneys or senior staff through calendar coordination and document preparation is highly valued.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
