Little Miracles Center Director

Position Overview

Little Miracles Daycare & Preschool is seeking a strong, organized, and faith aligned Center Director to oversee daily operations and lead our team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day to day management of the center, supporting staff, and executing the vision and mission established by our Founder and Director, Lorena.

The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who is passionate about early childhood education, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of care, structure, and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

  • Manage staff schedules and ensure proper teacher to student ratios at all times
  • Oversee employee hours, attendance, and daily staffing needs
  • Delegate and manage daily tasks and responsibilities across all classrooms
  • Provide ongoing support, accountability, and leadership to all team members
  • Support our lead teachers in consistently implementing our academic and faith based curriculum.

Curriculum & Classroom Oversight

  • Ensure full and consistent implementation of both academic and Christian curriculum across all classrooms
  • Hold Lead Teachers accountable for weekly lesson planning and execution
  • Conduct regular classroom walkthroughs to maintain quality and consistency
  • Support teachers in creating structured, engaging, and age appropriate learning environments

Training & Development

  • Lead staff training and ongoing professional development
  • Coach and mentor teachers to improve performance and classroom management
  • Ensure all staff are aligned with Little Miracles standards, policies, and expectations

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with Arizona state licensing requirements
  • Ensure classrooms are clean, organized, and following daily cleaning protocols
  • Oversee safety procedures and ensure the well being of all children and staff
  • Assist with inspections, audits, and documentation as needed

Parent Experience

  • Support strong communication between staff and families
  • Ensure Little Miracles Brightwheel communication standards are being met consistently
  • Address parent questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Help create a welcoming, positive environment for all families

Leadership Expectations

  • Execute and uphold Lorena’s vision, values, and faith centered approach in all areas of the center
  • Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic
  • Be present, engaged, and visible throughout the center each day
  • Maintain a solutions oriented mindset and take ownership of challenges

Qualifications

  • Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with children and supporting families
  • Alignment with Little Miracles’ faith based values

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can step in and truly run the day to day operations, allowing leadership to focus on growth and vision. This person should bring structure, accountability, and consistency while maintaining the warm, family oriented culture that makes Little Miracles special.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Must have 60 hrs. ECE
  • Must have at least 12 hrs. admin training

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
