Job Overview

Thebes USA, the U.S. division of the international advisory firm Thebes Consult, is seeking a professional and highly motivated Live Chat Agent to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Texas City, Texas. As a key member of our client services team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional support and guidance on our specialised legal, regulatory, investment, and compliance advisory services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of representing our brand with the highest level of professionalism.

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 - $39.00 USD per hour.


Key Responsibilities

* Engage with clients and potential clients via our live chat platform in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
* Provide accurate and clear information regarding the company's full range of advisory services.
* Assess client needs efficiently to direct enquiries to the appropriate specialist consultant or department within the organisation.
* Resolve client queries effectively, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
* Uphold a high standard of client satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand experience.
* Stay informed about the company’s services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.


Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in a customer service, live chat, or client-facing role is essential.
* Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of UK-English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* The ability to multitask effectively, manage time, and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A patient, professional, and empathetic approach to client communication.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, financial, or consulting) is highly desirable but not required.
* Familiarity with CRM software would be a distinct advantage.
