Position Overview
 

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support through live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, provide product or service information, and ensure every interaction delivers an outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Process customer requests, update account information, and document interactions accurately.

Maintain detailed customer records using CRM and support systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Meet established response time, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Perform additional administrative support duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications
 

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, call center, or administrative support is preferred.

Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Ability to multitask while managing multiple customer conversations.

Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
