Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via live chat to answer enquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
* Provide comprehensive information about our hydration products, their features, and their benefits for an active lifestyle.
* Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and processing returns or exchanges.
* Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and maintain an expert level of product knowledge to address all customer questions accurately.
* Actively listen to and collect customer feedback, sharing valuable insights with the wider team to support continuous improvement.
* Uphold the company's brand voice and commitment to quality and sustainability in every interaction.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role, with direct experience using live chat platforms being highly advantageous.
* Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically to find effective solutions for customers.
* A genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising on quality.
* Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
* A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to help others.
