Job Description for Customer Services Representative:
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification is Graduation (14 years and above)
Good communication skills (Fluent in English)
Excellent typing speed
Age limit 32 (Male & Female)
Willing to work in shifts
· Job Description:
· To handle and respond to customer Chats on mail,social media.
· To provide online support to the customer regarding the services.
· Follow up with Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours
· Create / close Network Trouble Ticket
· Keep faults' record for respective regions
· Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
