HRIT Hunter is looking for an energetic and experienced Live Chat Support Agent for a UK-based client project. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with international clients, particularly from the UK or US, and must be comfortable working flexible schedules aligned with the UK time zone.
This is a temporary project starting at the end of January or beginning of February 2026 and running until mid-March 2026, with a strong possibility of extension or long-term engagement based on performance.
Project & Work Details
- Project Duration: End of Jan / Start of Feb 2026 till mid-March 2026
(45 to 60 days – Extension possible based on performance)
- Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 (On-site)
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Flexible shifts)
- Working Hours: Minimum 4 hours to maximum 12 hours per day
- Time Zone: UK Time Zone
- Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via live chat efficiently and professionally
- Support international customers, mainly UK-based clients
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Manage and log customer interactions using CRM systems
- Follow client communication and service protocols
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Live Chat Support for international clients
- Strong exposure to UK or US customers (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, including:
- Zendesk
- Zoho
- Other similar CRM platforms
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to work in UK time zone shifts
- Flexible availability (4 to 12 hours per day)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both live chat and verbal communication with UK clients
- Candidates who can speak with a native British accent will be given preference
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
