Requirements
What You'll Do:

Respond instantly to patient and client inquiries through our live chat platform

Provide accurate and helpful information on services, appointments, billing, and support

Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism

Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system

Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team promptly

Deliver a consistently warm and professional patient experience in every chat

Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards

Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
