Salary:

Live In $36,000/year + full room and board (all food and housing provided)

Live Out Nanny: $60,000/year

We are a warm, welcoming Mexican family in Austin seeking an experienced live-in nanny to join our household and help care for our young children. We value kindness, reliability, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a family environment.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children and would enjoy traveling internationally with our family throughout the year.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a long-term, full-time Live-In Nanny who is Spanish-speaking having a US Passport or able to travel internationally, compassionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional care for young children in a nurturing and structured environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children and will be comfortable supporting daily routines, developmental activities, and traveling with the family. This role requires a highly dependable individual who prioritizes safety, engagement, and positive child development.

This is a live-in position, and all food and housing are provided.

Required Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking or bilingual (required)
• Valid Texas driver’s license; driving will be required
• Valid passport required; position requires frequent domestic and international travel
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Infant care experience required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Assist with daily routines including feeding, dressing, naps, and hygiene
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying after meals and playtime
• Provide first aid when necessary and ensure the safety of the children at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's schedules, development, and any concerns
• Foster positive, nurturing relationships with each child to support emotional growth

Experience

• Previous nanny experience required
• 5 years of childcare experience preferred
• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is required
