Live Medical Scribe

We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and compassionate Virtual Medical Scribes to assist our U.S. healthcare providers in real-time documentation and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of live scribing experience especially those with MBBS or other medical-related backgrounds who aspire to build a future in the U.S. healthcare system.

What You'll Do

• Document patient encounters in real time during live virtual consultations, capturing the full clinical narrative directly into EHR systems with speed and accuracy.
• Produce comprehensive, physician-ready SOAP notes, HPI summaries, assessment and plan sections, and follow-up documentation without requiring significant post-session edits.
• Manage and update medication lists, problem lists, treatment plans, and patient education documentation within the EHR.
• Coordinate lab orders, diagnostic test entries, and result documentation in alignment with physician instructions.
• Handle prior authorizations, insurance verifications, and related administrative tasks as needed.
• Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies proactively, flagging issues to the physician before they become workflow blockers.
• Maintain full HIPAA compliance across all documentation, communication, and data handling.
• Stay current with U.S. clinical charting standards, EHR workflows, and evolving medical terminology.

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Live Medical Scribe not transcription-based, live documentation experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with one or more EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, DrChrono, or similar).
• Strong command of U.S. medical terminology, clinical protocols, pharmacology, and multi-specialty documentation standards.
• Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy under real-time pressure.
• Exceptional English communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to keep pace with physician narration in live sessions.
• MBBS graduates or candidates with a clinical academic background are strongly preferred.
• A professional, focused work setup suitable for live patient encounter sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
