Loading Point Helper ( Ready Mix Concrete)

We are looking for a hardworking Loading Point Helper to support daily loading operations at our Ready Mix Concrete batching plant. The candidate will assist plant operators and supervisors to ensure safe, smooth, and timely concrete loading into transit mixers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading ready mix concrete into transit mixer trucks

• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of transit mixers at the loading point

• Support batching plant operators during concrete dispatch

• Clean spillages, chutes, hoppers, and loading area

• Assist in washing transit mixers and loading equipment after pours

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness at the batching plant

• Report any issues, delays, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor

• Assist during peak production and night shifts if required

Requirements:

• Basic education

• Experience in Ready Mix Concrete / batching plant operations preferred

• Physically fit and able to work in hot outdoor conditions

• Willing to work in shifts

• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines

• Immediate joiners preferred
