We are seeking a motivated, highly organized Loan Officer Assistant to support a high‑producing mortgage sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment and is comfortable engaging clients across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound sales and follow‑up calls to prospective and existing borrowers
- Assist with lead management, appointment setting, and pipeline tracking
- Maintain accurate, well‑organized files and documentation
- Engage consistently on social media platforms by responding to messages, comments, and assisting with content engagement
- Coordinate with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan progression
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
- Work evenings and weekends as needed to support client availability and business demands
Qualifications & Requirements
- Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with a sales‑driven mindset
- Proficient with social media engagement and basic digital communication tools
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willing and able to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to pass the NMLS SAFE Act exam and meet all licensing requirements
- Prior mortgage or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
