AAR Financial, a leading Canadian lending company, is expanding its operations in India and is now hiring experienced Loan Officers for our India branch. This role is focused on supporting and servicing our Canadian customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, process, and recommend approval of personal and home equity loans for Canadian clients.
• Advise customers on financial status, loan products, and repayment methods.
• Manage all aspects of loan application processing (data entry, document verification, communication with clients).
• Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with Canadian lending standards, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Work closely with the Canadian team to fulfill customer needs and ensure seamless cross-border loan servicing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a loan officer in financial services or banking, preferably with international or Canadian lending exposure.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, documentation, and KYC requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work remotely or from our India branch office, following Canadian business hours (Central or Eastern time zones).
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple files, and meet deadlines.
