We are Urgently Hiring Night Operation In-Charge

Location: [Elamkulam]

Shift Timing: Night Shift ( 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Experience: 2 Plus Years (Operations/Logistics preferred)

Salary: [25,000 - 35,000]

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage night shift operations to ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics/dispatches

- Coordinate with operations team for timely updates and issue resolution.

- Maintain shift-wise reports and handover summaries.

- Ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies during night operations.

- Handle emergency escalations and communicate with the day team as needed.

- Supervise night staff and ensure task completion.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Logistics/Operations Management).

- Prior experience in night operations/logistics preferred.

- Strong communication and team-handling skills.

- Willing to work night shifts regularly.

- Basic MS Excel and system handling knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
