• You will be responsible for the purchasing process of indirect material groups.
• You will execute day to day sourcing activities related to indirect material groups under your responsibility.
• You will organize tenders, lead negotiations of costs and commercial terms by using all available purchasing levers, support contract finalization and managing contractual compliance when needed.
• You will conduct market research, select suppliers, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• You will build and maintain a strong supplier portfolio.
• You will manage purchase orders, track prices, and archive commercial documents properly.
• You will ensure accurate master data and support product and service standardization.
• You will contribute to the sales processes of phased-out machines, equipment, and scrap.
• You will manage ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001) within the department.
• You will ensure to follow lean and standardized purchasing processes and support their implementation.

• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) or Business Administration or equivalent experience opens the door to exciting career opportunities within our company.
• Experience: With minumum 3 years of professional experience in purchasing.
• Know-how and Skills: Advanced MS Office and SAP knowledge, strong process management, and the ability to optimize workflows will allow you to make a meaningful impact.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English to communicate effectively on an international level.
• Personality: Strong negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness and adaptiveness, analytical thinking, teamwork skills and the ability to influence and cooperate effectively will set you apart.
