Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Local SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in-person. This role is critical to our continued growth and will focus on enhancing our customer success initiatives through advanced Google Business Profile optimization and comprehensive local SEO campaign strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Google Business Profile optimization initiatives across our diverse client portfolio
• Develop and implement comprehensive local SEO strategies that drive measurable results
• Collaborate with our customer success team to enhance overall campaign performance
• Conduct local SEO audits and competitive analysis for client accounts
• Manage and optimize local citations, NAP consistency, and directory listings
• Implement review management and online reputation strategies
• Provide strategic guidance on local keyword targeting and content optimization
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on local SEO experience
• Proven track record of successful Google Business Profile management and growth
• Deep understanding of Google's local ranking factors and algorithm updates
• Experience with local SEO tools (BrightLocal, Whitespark, LocalFalcon, Moz Local, etc.)
• Proficiency in citation building, NAP management, and local link building
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and local SEO reporting
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
• Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing local SEO campaigns for multiple business verticals
• Knowledge of schema markup implementation for local businesses
• Google My Business API experience
• Background in agency environment or managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with reputation management platforms and strategies
